Role Description The Assistant Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Borivali. This role supports day-to-day store and back-end operations, including coordinating inventory management, overseeing order processing, and ensuring timely replenishment of merchandise. The Assistant Operations Manager helps implement operational processes, maintains quality and service standards, and supports staff scheduling and workflow coordination.



The role also involves tracking key performance indicators, preparing basic operational reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, merchandising, and customer service to achieve business targets. The individual will contribute to continuous process improvement and ensure that brand guidelines are reflected in daily operations.

• Robust operational and organizational skills, including experience in store operations, inventory coordination, and workflow management.
