About the Role

We are looking for an Influencer & Creator Partnerships Executive to build and manage strong relationships with creators and drive our influencer collaboration pipeline end-to-end.
You will identify relevant creators across devotional, lifestyle, home, mom, and wellness categories, initiate conversations, pitch collaboration opportunities, negotiate barter partnerships, coordinate content delivery, and build long-term relationships with creators who align with the Sadhna.co brand.
This is a high-ownership junior role ideal for someone who enjoys networking,



is confident in communication and negotiation, understands social media culture, and wants to build a strong creator network from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Identify, research, and shortlist relevant nano and micro influencers (5K–200K followers) across Instagram and YouTube Shorts.
• Conduct 50–60 creator outreach messages/emails daily and consistently build a strong creator pipeline.
• Initiate conversations with creators and confidently pitch Sadhna.co collaboration opportunities.
• Negotiate and close barter collaborations, targeting 20–30 successful collaborations per month once fully ramped up.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators to encourage repeat collaborations and long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate product dispatches, collaboration briefs, timelines, and creator communication.
• Follow up with creators throughout the collaboration lifecycle to ensure timely co
