About The Role

Marketing Operations at Calix is where strategy becomes execution.



We're rebuilding the engine — a current marketing automation platform, an AI-assisted intent and enrichment layer, and an analytics foundation that ties every campaign to pipeline. We're looking for a Manager of Marketing Operations to lead that work from our Bangalore CIDC hub.

You'll lead and grow a team responsible for the day-to-day health of our martech stack — Salesforce Marketing Cloud, 6sense, Salesforce CRM — while owning the strategic projects that expand what the stack can do, and the operating model that lets the work scale. You'll be hands-on enough to unblock your team on a segmentation build or a data quality issue, and senior enough to make sure that problem doesn't recur.
