About the Role
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with strong experience in managing both B2B and B2C social media channels. The ideal candidate should be able to develop social media strategies, create engaging content, manage campaigns, and analyse performance across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute social media strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Manage social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X and YouTube.
• Create and manage engaging content including posts, reels, videos, carousels, blogs and other digital assets.
• Build and maintain the company's social media calendar and content pipeline.
• Develop content aligned with brand objectives, campaigns and business goals.
• Manage LinkedIn presence and build strong B2B engagement and brand visibility.
• Plan and execute B2C campaigns to increase reach, engagement and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with marketing, design,



sales and other internal teams to develop relevant content.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities and industry developments.
• Track and analyse key metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, followers, leads and conversions.
• Prepare regular social media performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Manage paid social media campaigns and coordinate with performance marketing teams where required.
• Respond to comments, messages and audience interactions while maintaining the brand tone.
• Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, creators and vendors when required.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all social media platforms.

Required Skills
• 3–6 years of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing.
• Proven experience handling both B2B and B2C social media marketing.
• Solid hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
