Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative role based in Thane. The position involves managing inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, and presenting ESS’s software solutions to prospective and existing clients. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with the sales and account management teams to nurture leads, prepare proposals, and follow up on opportunities to drive revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in the CRM,



coordinating with technical teams for product demonstrations, and ensuring a positive and professional experience for all customers. The role also requires collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet sales targets and support ongoing client relationships.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales skills, including handling inquiries, conducting product discussions, and closing deals.
