Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Vijayawada, with some flexibility for work from home. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable life insurance solutions. The Relationship Manager will manage a portfolio of clients, follow up on leads,



conduct regular meetings and calls, and ensure timely policy servicing and renewal support. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding, resolving customer queries, tracking sales targets, and preparing reports on client interactions and business performance. The role also requires participating in local marketing and outreach activities to expand the customer base.
