Qualification:
ME/MTech - Mechanical Design with 2 years of experience and a valid certification in analysis software.

Desired Industrial Background:
Oil and Gas / Energy / Food / Pharma

Experience:
• 2-3 Years of experience in relevant technology. Candidates must have knowledge of standards, i.e., codes like ASME, PD 5500, AD 2000, EN, etc.
• Should have a good background in mechanics, linear and non-linear finite element analysis procedures and methods using ANSYS.
• Should have hands-on experience in multi-body parts in ANSYS and sweep meshing and multi-domain meshing in ANSYS Mechanical.

Role and Responsibilities:
• Perform FEA analysis using Ansys tools such as, but not limited to, static and Transient analyses for structural and thermal problems.
• Advanced nonlinear analyses, including geometric, material, and contact nonlinearities.




• Buckling analysis to evaluate stability under compressive loads.
• Vibration and fatigue analysis to predict component lifespan under cyclic loading.
• Modal and harmonic analysis to assess natural frequencies and agile response.
• Perform analysis for process equipment such as (but not limited to) pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, reactors, and so on.
• Understanding the codes and implementing the same through finite element analysis.
• Create software tools for routine analysis jobs by coordinating with the Ideametrics management team. Deal with the various standards/codes to understand the same and perform analysis based on the codal requirements.
