Role Summary
Provides technical expertise through customer presentations, product demonstrations, and installation of company products and solutions. Assists the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions. May build POCs based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application/solution, often requiring rapid prototyping and/or product demo for client.



May provide software development and consultation to customers and/or product capability assessment and validation. Ensures that the product application/solution is functioning according to specifications. May provide follow-up support to Sales, Ops, and customer personnel by disseminating technical information on specific applications/solutions

Key Responsibilities
• System design & specification: Define and specify advanced 4G/5G/NTN RAN feature behavior and baseband requirements aligned with 3GPP TS 36 and 38-series.
• Requirements analysis & architecture: Translate system requirements into scalable RAN architectures covering DU/CU splits and interfaces.
• Performance monitoring & optimization: Monitor RAN KPIs, perform capacity planning, and optimize parameters to maximize throughput and reliability.
• Troubleshooting & root-cause analysis: Diagnose service and system failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective configuration or procedural fixes.
