Role Description The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for supporting the overall operations of the front office to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and efficient guest experience. This full-time, on-site role is based in Alappuzha and involves supervising front office staff,



managing check-in and check-out procedures, and coordinating reservations and room allocations. The role includes handling guest inquiries and complaints, maintaining high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction, and ensuring accurate billing and documentation. The Assistant Front Office Manager will collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs, support office administration tasks, and help implement front office policies and procedures aligned with CGH Earth’s service and sustainability values.
