Role Summary
The Business Development Support Executive supports the client-facing business development teams across MS Holdings' brands. The role covers three areas: preparing business documentation, conducting research and outreach to identify the right contacts, and coordinating between internal teams.
The role does not carry a revenue target and is not responsible for client negotiation or closing.

Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Portfolio Support
• maintain company portfolios, service decks, proposals and quotations
• Maintain document templates, version control and the shared document library
• Format and quality-check documents before internal sign-off or client circulation
Research, Outreach & CRM
• Identify correct decision-makers within target organisations using LinkedIn and other public sources
• Draft and send professional written outreach in explicit business English
• Maintain structured follow-up until a response is received or the contact is formally closed




• Arrange meetings and hand them over to the business development team with full background
• Record all contacts, communication and next actions accurately in the CRM
Internal Coordination
• Coordinate between BDS, business development, marketing and brand teams
• Share meeting context, follow-up status and handover notes across teams
• Flag delays, blockers and missing information .
• Maintain internal trackers and support periodic reporting

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field
• 1–3 years' experience in a coordination, research, documentation or business support role
• Excellent written English this is the primary requirement of the role
• Working knowledge of CRM systems (Zoho, Odoo or similar)
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with Canva is an advantage
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to follow processes independently
• Experience in corporate services or professiona
