About the RoleThe Management Intern supports day-to-day business operations across sales, content, and production. The role combines coordination work with creative and technical tasks and gives the intern exposure to multiple business functions.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Coordination
• Coordinate with the sales team on leads, follow-ups, and client communication
• Maintain and update sales trackers, CRM entries, and pipeline records
• Assist in preparing proposals, decks, and client-facing materials

Content Support
• Contribute ideas for content, campaigns, and formats
• Research trends, competitors, and reference material
• Assist in drafting captions, scripts, and content calendars

Shoot Coordination
• Coordinate with the cinematographer on shoot schedules, requirements, and logistics
• Assist on shoot days with setup, communication, and on-site coordination
• Track deliverables and timelines from shoot to final output

Social Media Scheduling
• Schedule and publish posts across multiple platforms
• Maintain posting calendars and ensure posts go out on time




• Track basic performance metrics

Business Development
• Research prospective clients and partnership opportunities
• Support outreach and lead generation
• Assist with other business development tasks as assigned

RequirementsSkills
• Comfortable with technology: productivity suites (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office), scheduling tools, and learning current software quickly
• Creative sensibility, including an eye for visuals, storytelling, or content formats
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
