Job Description: Sales Executive – Hospitality & Hotel Equipment

Position Summary:
We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Sales Executive to lead our business development efforts in Chennai’s hospitality sector. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of commercial cleaning machines, specialized cleaning tools, commercial laundry machines, and related spare parts to hotels, resorts, and hospitality clients across Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities:
• B2B Business Development: Identify, approach, and onboard recent hotel and hospitality clients across Tamil Nadu.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including General Managers, Housekeeping Directors, Laundry Managers,



and Purchase/Procurement Heads.
• Product Presentation & Demos: Present and demonstrate cleaning equipment, laundry systems, and tools to prospective clients, highlighting ROI, durability, and operational efficiency.
• After-Sales & Spare Parts Support: Promote genuine spare parts, maintenance packages, and ongoing supply agreements to maximize lifetime client value.
• Pipeline & Target Management: Maintain an active sales pipeline, achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets, and prepare regular sales reports and market feedback.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated with upcoming hotel projects, renovations, and competitor activities within the Chennai market.

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Experience: 2 to 3+ years of proven direct sales experience specifically in hotel/hospitality equipment, commercial cleaning machinery, or commercial laundry equipment.
• Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree / Graduate.
