Job Brief
We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst who can understand business requirements, work closely with stakeholders and technical teams, and translate business needs into clear and actionable solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Create process flows, wireframes, and basic UI mockups based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and other cross-functional teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Prioritize and manage requirements, dependencies, and changes throughout the project.
• Support UAT, testing, requirement validation, and defect clarification.




• Identify process gaps and recommend solutions to improve business efficiency.
• Track risks, issues, and project requirements and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software/product development environment.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and process documentation.
• Experience with Wireframing and UI/UX documentation.
• Good knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira/Azure DevOps, Figma, Visio, MS Office, and Tableau.
• Robust analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
