We are seeking a skilled SRE Lead ,Hyderabad having 8+ yrs of experience.

Must-Have Skills
• Hands-on development and implementation of monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks.
• Solid experience with Grafana, Prometheus and other observability tools.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, preferably Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience in incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Strong understanding and implementation of SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs.
• Experience in toil reduction through automation and scripting.




• Ability to collaborate with development teams to embed reliability and observability into application architecture.
• Strong understanding of production systems, scalability, availability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
• Define and implement SLIs/SLOs to measure and improve service reliability.
• Lead production incident response, troubleshooting, and post-incident RCA.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks and reduce engineering toil.
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes/AKS environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery.
• Manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform and IaC practices.
• Partner with development teams to incorporate reliability, scalability, and observability into system architecture.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve system performance, availability, and operational efficiency.
