Role Description The Travel Advisor role is a full time, on-site position based in Lucknow. In this role, the advisor will consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and special requirements, then design customized itineraries and travel packages. Daily responsibilities include managing travel bookings, coordinating accommodation and transport,



and liaising with partner hotels and service providers to ensure smooth execution of trips. The advisor will respond to inquiries, provide destination information, handle changes or issues during travel, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings. The role also involves promoting Trust & Trip offerings, supporting customer satisfaction initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement of services.
Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
• Excellent Communication skills, both spoken and written, to clearly present travel options, explain policies, and resolve issues.
• Hands-on experience with Travel Arrangements, such as booking transportation, accommodation, and activities, and managing itineraries.
