Role Description: The Clinical Director/Center Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinical operations and ensuring high standards of patient care. This role includes leading and supervising the Specialist clinical team, coordinating treatment plans,



and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety guidelines. The individual will manage patient flow, optimize appointment scheduling, and maintain quality assurance across all services, including advanced dental procedures. Responsibilities also include collaborating with senior leadership on service development, managing clinical documentation and compliance, and fostering a patient-centered environment that aligns with the organization’s standards. The Clinical Director/Center Head will be expected to provide clinical guidance, support professional development for staff, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the center.
