THE ROLE
The Sales Project Head is the owner of sales for one dedicated CKPC residential project. You will run the project like your own business: meeting its booking and revenue targets, leading the in office sales team, managing the sales gallery, and making sure every buyer who walks in has an exceptional experience from the first visit to the signed agreement.
You will report to the Sales Head, who oversees the full portfolio. While the Sales Head sets strategy across projects,



you are accountable for execution and results on your project, day in and day out.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Sales Ownership
■ Own the monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the project: bookings, sales value, agreements and collections.
■ Build and execute the project’s sales plan within the strategy set by the Sales Head.
■ Manage the full funnel for the project, from leads and site visits to follow-ups, bookings and agreements, and improve conversions at every stage.
■ Personally close high-value and complex deals, and lead negotiations within approved pricing guidelines.
Launch & Sell-Out
■ Prepare the team, gallery and processes for the project launch, including EOI collection, allotment and launch-day execution.
■ Drive momentum through the project’s lifecycle, from launch to sustenance to ready-to-move sell-out.
■ Plan on-ground activations, site events, open houses and customer meets with
