Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the assigned region.
• Target Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets for revenue growth, market share, and profitability across the region.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities,



and customer behavior to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (marketing, product development, etc.) to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 7-8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in IT services, preferably in HR Tech with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
• Strategic thinking and planning abilities
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytic
