What you’ll be doing
• Deliver individual psychotherapy sessions in person at our Kochi centre. This is a not an remote role
• Work independently with clients while maintaining high standards of clinical care, ethics and confidentiality




• Our team members are spread out in Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad and France – so comfort with connecting virtually with colleagues is crucial. The role reports to the Founder based in Chennai.
• Build thoughtful therapeutic relationships and work comfortably with relational dynamics
• Build corporate case studies and gather analytics for internal insight and marketing
• Co-create and facilitate group therapy, workshops, psychoeducational and learning programs.
• Contribute ideas that make our clinical offerings richer and more relevant to the people we work with
• Participate in supervision, training and ongoing clinical learning as part of a growing team
• Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and follow qualified and organisational processes

Educational & Career Experience
• Minimum Master’s degree in Psychology
• At least 1–2+ years of relevant clinical experience with some additional specialization in specific
