Job Summary

We are looking for a agile, target-oriented, and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our sales team.
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring new clients, understanding their financial requirements, building long-term relationships, generating business,



and recommending appropriate financial solutions based on customer needs.
The role involves both client acquisition and relationship management, with a strong focus on achieving monthly and quarterly business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through leads, references, networking, field activities, and other business-development initiatives.
• Understand clients' financial requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into business.
• Conduct online and offline client meetings and presentations.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products based on client requirements.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate client and lead information in the company's CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Compliance, and Product teams for smooth client onboarding
