Description

Join our growing Merchandising team as a Category Manager Analyst and play a key role in driving revenue strategy. We’re seeking an independent, data-driven team player to partner with our Category Managers on product performance analysis and assortment strategies. In this role, your insights will actively shape our long-term roadmap and directly impact the business’s bottom line.

• Data Analysis & Reporting
• Monitor category performance metrics, sales trends, and KPIs; provide regular reporting to merchandising team
• Conduct in-depth analysis of category data to identify growth drivers, gaps, and optimization opportunities
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track category health across channels

• Product & Assortment Management
• Recommend product assortment mix, pricing strategies, and SKU rationalization
• Evaluate recent product opportunities and manage product lifecycle from launch to phase-out
• Collaborate with product teams on packaging, positioning, and market fit

• Category Strategy & Planning




• Support the development and execution of category strategies that drive revenue growth and market share expansion
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to identify category opportunities
• Support the creation of annual category plans including sales forecasts, and performance targets

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or data analytics (eCommerce or apparel experience is a strong plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Required Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, querying, and manipulation.
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets / MS Excel (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling).

• Technical Plus:
• Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery or cloud data warehouses.
