Role Description The Programming and Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for delivering online classes in programming fundamentals and quantitative aptitude to students at various levels. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans, creating learning materials and exercises, explaining concepts through live sessions,



and guiding students through coding and problem-solving practice. The trainer will design and evaluate quizzes, assignments, and mock tests, provide feedback on performance, and support students in building exam strategies and analytical thinking. The role also involves updating content based on curriculum needs, using digital tools to improve engagement, and maintaining clear communication with learners and the academy. This is a full-time remote role.
Qualifications
• Solid programming skills in one or more languages (such as C, C++, Java, Python) and ability to teach core concepts including data structures, algorithms, and basic software development practices.
