About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team in Gurgaon.
You will be responsible for speaking directly with customers across Australia, handling a combination of cold and warm leads, understanding their requirements and converting opportunities into sales.

The role is focused on selling air conditioning and other energy-efficient home upgrade solutions to Australian customers.
This is a target-driven sales position suited to someone who enjoys speaking with customers, overcoming objections and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective Australian customers.
• Follow up with warm and inbound leads.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
• Conduct sales conversations and close deals over the phone.




• Follow up consistently with prospective customers.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales KPIs.
• Handle customer objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
• Follow company sales processes and strict sales guidelines.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with management and other departments to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Take ownership of individual sales targets and performance.

Products
You will be selling energy-efficient home upgrade solutions, such as air conditioning systems and other energy-efficiency products for Australian homes

Full product and sales training will be provided to the successful candidate.
