Role Description This is an on-site Technical Support Intern role based in Madurai. The intern will assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the AskEVA platform, including WhatsApp integrations,



automation workflows, and user configurations. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to support tickets, documenting issues, reproducing bugs, and escalating complex problems to the engineering team with clear, structured reports. The intern will also help onboard new customers, guide users through product features, and contribute to knowledge base articles, FAQs, and internal support documentation. This internship role offers hands-on exposure to SaaS support operations, customer communication, and automation tools in a fast-moving startup environment.
