Location: Chembur, Mumbai (Work from Office)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Compensation: Up to ₹4,80,000 per annum + attractive commissions and performance bonuses

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Admissions Officer to join our growing education consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in client handling within a BPO or customer service setup, excellent communication skills, and an interest in sales and relationship management.
You will play a key role in guiding British and European students (aged 25–55) who aspire to pursue university education, ensuring a smooth and successful admission journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with British and European students who have been counselled and are ready to enroll in universities.
• Maintain strong follow-up and relationship management to maximize student conversions and referrals.




• Review student profiles and coordinate with the admin team to process university applications based on eligibility and course requirements.
• Verify and approve application kits before submission to universities.
• Guide students through interviews and assessments, ensuring they are well-prepared.
• Schedule and manage interview appointments with universities.
• Maintain effective communication with university representatives and internal teams.
• Coordinate with the admin team for finance applications once students receive university offers.
• Ensure both finance and admission approvals are successfully obtained.
• Collect and manage processing fees from students as part of the enrollment process.

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a BPO environment, preferably in a client relationship, customer success, or account management role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
