About the RoleWe are looking for a high-energy Travel Sales & Relationship Executive to join our growing travel business.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for incoming travel inquiries—understanding customer requirements, designing custom holiday packages, preparing quotations, and closing bookings. Key Responsibilities1. Customer Handling & Sales• Manage incoming travel inquiries received via calls, WhatsApp, website, and email.
• Understand customer travel preferences, budgets, dates, and destination requirements.
• Recommend tailored hotels, destinations, activities, and holiday packages.
• Prepare accurate, attractive, and customized itineraries and price quotations.
• Maintain customer relationships throughout the booking journey to drive repeat bookings and referrals.

2. Travel Planning & Destination Expertise• Research hotels, transfers, activities,



and local travel services to build practical itineraries.
• Develop deep expertise in international travel, with a strong focus on Southeast Asian destinations (Maldives, Thailand, Bali/Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam).
• Ensure all destination and package information shared with customers is accurate and commercially viable.

3. CRM, Pipeline & Vendor Coordination• Record and update all customer inquiries, follow-ups, quotes, and bookings in the CRM.
• Use Google Sheets / Excel for sales pipeline tracking, reporting, and basic analysis.
• Coordinate with internal execution teams, hotels, DMCs, and transport partners to ensure smooth booking handovers.
• Promptly handle and escalate any customer or booking issues as they arise.

Required Skills & ExperienceMust-Have:
• 1–2 years of qualified experience in travel sales, travel agencies, holiday packages, OTAs, or DMCs.
