Role Description: The Project Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing interior projects from initiation to completion. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with design teams, contractors, and vendors; monitoring site work to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines; and managing resources and materials to prevent delays. The role involves conducting regular site inspections, resolving on-site issues,



and maintaining explicit communication with clients about progress and expectations. The Project supervisor will also prepare basic reports, track project milestones, and ensure that all work aligns with company standards and client requirements.

• Project management and site supervision skills, including experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing timelines.
• Knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and basic construction practices, with attention to quality and safety standards.
