About the RoleCamellia Hospitality is looking for a proactive, target-driven Sales Executive to grow restaurant group bookings, banquet sales and conference business across Calcutta Retro, Yin Yang and Foodie Folks.
The role involves building client relationships, generating recent business and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings. We’re looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, spots opportunities and follows through from the first conversation to the final event.
Key Responsibilities• Generate business for restaurant group dining, corporate lunches and dinners, private celebrations, banquets, meetings and conferences.
• Identify and approach corporate clients, event planners, organisations and potential booking partners.
• Build a strong client network through calls, meetings, field visits and referrals.
• Manage enquiries, understand client requirements and recommend suitable venues, menus and packages.




• Arrange venue visits and prepare proposals, quotations and booking confirmations.
• Negotiate within approved pricing guidelines and close bookings.
• Coordinate with restaurant, kitchen and operations teams to ensure every booking is delivered as agreed.
• Follow up on booking advances and outstanding payments in coordination with the accounts team.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline, client database and booking records.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and share regular reports on enquiries, conversions and revenue.
• Gather client feedback and develop repeat business across the brands.

Candidate Requirements• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in hospitality sales, restaurant sales, banquet sales or event sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence in approaching new clients and conducting in-person sales meetings.
