Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing role based in Bangalore.. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing performance campaigns across key digital channels, including marketplaces and paid media platforms. Daily responsibilities include analyzing campaign data, tracking KPIs such as ROAS, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost, and making data-driven adjustments to improve results.



The Performance Marketing professional will collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align campaigns with overall business goals, support product launches, and strengthen brand presence. The role also includes competitor analysis, marketplace promotion planning, and preparing performance reports and insights for stakeholders.
