KRA for Placement Executive

• Student Data & Profile Management: To maintain accurate, updated, and program-wise student databases including resumes and eligibility details to support effective placement planning.
• Job Notification & POD Communication: To publish and circulate job notifications, recruitment schedules, and updates through POD to students and faculty coordinators in a timely and compliant manner.
• Application & Resume Support: To assist students in the job application process by supporting resume readiness, application submissions, and adherence to recruiter requirements.
• Recruiter & Student Follow-ups: To coordinate continuous follow-ups with recruiters and students before, during, and after placement processes to ensure smooth closures
• Recruiter Communication & Interview Scheduling: To manage recruiter communications and coordinate interview schedules, venues, and student participation during placement drives
• Placement Administration & Team Support:



To provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the placement team, ensuring seamless execution of daily activities
• Placement Event & Training Assistance: To support the organization and execution of placement drives, training sessions, and related events
• Student Query Resolution & Support: To address student placement-related queries and provide timely support throughout the placement cycle
• Placement Data Entry & MIS Accuracy: To enter, update, and validate placement-related data in POD and internal databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Feedback Collection & Process Improvement Inputs: To collect structured feedback from students on placement processes and share actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Placement Documentation & Record Management: To prepare, organize, and maintain placement documentation required for audits, reviews, and internal rep
