Key Responsibilities1. Paid Advertising (Primary Focus – Meta & Google Ads):
• Set up, monitor, and optimize end-to-end paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Conduct continuous audience targeting, keyword research, A/B testing (ad copy, creative, landing pages), and bid management.




• Track critical performance metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate on ad creatives, copy hooks, and visual concepts to drive high click-through and conversion rates.

2. SEO & Website Optimization:
• Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical audits to improve organic search rankings.
• Monitor website traffic, rankings, and user behavior via Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.

3. Social Media Management:
• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars across key platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
• Assist with community engagement, profile optimization, and brand presence.

4. Reporting & Analysis:
• Build weekly/monthly performance dashboards detailing lead generation, ad spend efficiency, and channel attribution.
• Share actionable insights and recommendations to scale winning campaigns and eliminate wasted spend.
