Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bahadurgarh. The Sales Associate will identify and engage potential clients, present WESTERN SAFETY PATROL’s security services, and develop tailored proposals for short- and long-term engagements. Daily tasks include managing leads, conducting client meetings, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. The role involves collaborating with operations teams to align client requirements with available security personnel and services, following up on contracts,



and supporting client retention through ongoing communication. The Sales Associate is expected to meet defined sales targets while representing the company in a skilled and ethical manner.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in client relationship building, consultative selling, and negotiation.
• Ability to understand security service offerings and communicate them clearly and confidently to potential clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, proposals, and follow-ups.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
• Comfort working on-site in Bahadurgarh and collaborating with security operations personnel.
