Role OverviewWe are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full time, on-site role focused on engaging with parents, understanding their needs, and helping them access the right healthcare services at Hoola Health.
The ideal candidate will be confident in handling inquiries, following up with prospective customers,



and communicating our services with clarity and empathy. You will work closely with our clinic and operations teams to ensure a smooth experience for families from their first interaction through appointment booking and beyond.
Key Responsibilities• Handle incoming inquiries and outbound calls to introduce Hoola Health’s services to prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs, qualify leads, and guide families toward relevant pediatric healthcare services.
• Follow up consistently with leads and convert inquiries into appointments or service enrollments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information, follow-ups, and activities in the CRM.
• Clearly explain Hoola Health’s services, address customer questions, and provide a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate closely with clinic, operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.
