Role Description This is a full-time remote Human Resources Internship role. The intern will support day-to-day HR activities, including assisting with recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and helping with onboarding documentation. The role involves supporting HR policy communication, gathering and organizing information related to employee perks, and assisting with personnel management tasks such as tracking attendance and performance-related data.



The intern will collaborate with HR team members on projects, prepare basic reports, and help ensure HR practices are aligned with company guidelines. This position is designed to provide hands-on experience in core HR functions while contributing to the efficiency of the HR department.
Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts and interest in pursuing a career in HR.
• Ability to support HR Management activities, including coordination of recruitment, onboarding, and basic HR administration.
• Understanding of HR Policies and willingness to assist in policy documentation and communication.
