About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interviews, and ensuring successful joining.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and other recruitment channels.
- Post and manage job vacancies on platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and Apna.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
- Schedule interviews with the concerned department or management.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their joining.
- Coordinate the offer letter and joining process.




- Maintain daily recruitment reports and track hiring targets.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for future requirements.
- Coordinate with management regarding manpower requirements.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple candidates simultaneously.
- Basic computer knowledge, MS Office and internet.
- Knowledge of job portals will be an advantage.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with recruitment experience will be preferred.
