Ecommerce Performance Marketing Executive – D2C / Nutraceuticals

Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Performance Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our fast-paced D2C nutraceutical startup.
You will report directly to the Ecommerce Growth & Performance Marketing Manager and serve as the execution engine for our paid media channels — primarily Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Amazon Ads. Your role focuses on day-to-day campaign management, optimization, monitoring, and reporting, while supporting the full D2C funnel (acquisition → conversion → retention).

Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing & Media Buying (Execution Focus)
· Hands-on management of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Amazon Advertising dashboards
· Execute, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and Amazon Ads




· Track daily/weekly performance on ROAS, CAC, MER, and revenue targets
· Run creative tests, audience tests, and format experiments as directed
· Manage and allocate budgets efficiently across prospecting, retargeting, and retention campaigns
2. Ecommerce Growth & Funnel Execution
· Support end-to-end funnel optimization (Traffic → PDP → Cart → Checkout → Retention)
· Monitor conversion rates and identify drop-offs using GA4, Shopify analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings
· Assist in PDP improvements, trust signals, FAQs, reviews, and onsite testing
3. Marketplace Growth Support (Amazon & Others)
· Execute and monitor Amazon Ads campaigns and listing performance
· Support listing optimization, A+ content updates, keyword strategy, and ad management
· Track TACoS, organic vs paid contribution, and ensure no cannibalization with D2C website
4. Retention & LTV Support
· Help execute email, WhatsApp, and post-purchas
