About the Role
We are looking for a Meta-first performance marketer to own and scale customer acquisition for Thrillophilia. The role will focus on driving revenue, profitable growth and customer acquisition through Meta while continuously improving creative, audience and campaign performance.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Own and scale Meta campaigns across prospecting, retargeting and full-funnel acquisition.
• Drive CAC, ROAS, contribution margin, lead quality and revenue.
• Develop and manage creative testing across audiences, hooks, formats, offers and destinations.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify creative, audience and funnel-level opportunities.
• Manage supporting channels including Google Search, Performance Max and YouTube.
• Work with Creative, Product, Analytics, Sales and Destination teams to improve acquisition and conversion.
• Build effective measurement, attribution and reporting frameworks.
• Leverage AI and automation for analysis, reporting, experimentation and campaign optimization.

Skills & Education:




• 4–8 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with strong Meta Ads expertise.
• Experience scaling campaigns for D2C, travel, consumer-tech, e-commerce or high-consideration brands.
• Solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager, bidding, audience targeting, attribution and funnel economics.
• Proficiency in GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel/CAPI and marketing analytics.
• Strong analytical, experimentation and problem-solving skills.
• Practical experience using AI tools for marketing and performance optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field; MBA is a plus.
