Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Audit & Taxation Manager with strong practical exposure to statutory audit, tax compliance, GST, TDS, ROC compliance, and financial reporting. The candidate will be responsible for independently handling multiple client assignments, reviewing work performed by the team, resolving technical matters, coordinating with clients,



and ensuring timely completion of assignments.
The role involves managing a team of approximately 5–6 team members and requires a combination of technical expertise, client management, review skills, and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. GST & Indirect Tax
• Preparation, review and filing of GST Returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and annual GST compliances.
• GST reconciliation, including reconciliation of books with GST returns and other relevant records.
• Handling GST notices, departmental queries and basic GST advisory matters.
• Conducting and assisting in GST Audits / GST assessments.
• Identifying GST compliance issues and recommending corrective actions.

2. Income Tax & TDS
• Preparation, review and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, companies and other entities.
• Preparation and filing of TDS Returns and related compliances.
• Review of tax computa
