Job Role - Telecaller-Student Counsellor
We are looking for a confident and student-focused Telecaller - Student Counsellor to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Connect with students and understand their study-abroad goals.
* Handle enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
* Provide initial guidance on suitable courses, universities and destinations.
* Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
* Support the counselling and enrolment process.
* Maintain accurate lead and student records.
* Work towards defined enrolment and performance targets.
Ideal Candidate:
* 1+ year of experience in overseas education.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong telecalling and follow-up abilities.
* Skilled, confident and target-oriented approach.
* Genuine interest in helping students make informed decisions.
