Role Description The Zonal Sales Manager – Building Materials – DOORS is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing and expanding sales for doors and related building materials across the assigned zone, including developing and implementing sales plans, meeting revenue and margin targets, and overseeing channel partners and key accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting dealers, distributors,



and project sites; identifying new business opportunities; conducting product presentations; and negotiating commercial terms. The Zonal Sales Manager will track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and support product positioning. The role also includes mentoring sales representatives, ensuring compliance with company policies, preparing regular sales reports, and collaborating with operations and finance teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience in sales or business development in building materials, preferably doors or related products, with solid territory and channel management skills.
