About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to join our Premium Business Unit. As a Territory Manager for Customer Experience, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, enhancing market penetration, and establishing our Premia workshops as world-class service destinations. You will be responsible for implementing a Balanced Scorecard approach, providing critical field-based product support, and ensuring our customers receive a superior, delightful experience.

What you’ll be doing:
• Driving Growth: Maximize dealer service revenue and profitability through strategic planning.
• Elevating CX: Enhance customer happiness indices, NPS, and delight quotients.
• Process Excellence: Implement SOPs and streamline workshop productivity.
• Leadership: Develop team skills and manage warranty/technical feedback systems.

What we’re looking for:
• Education: BE/B.Tech (Mechanical/Automotive).
• Experience: 2–3 years of experience as a Territory Manager in a Premium OEM.
• Skills: Strong understanding of workshop operations,



warranty management, and product expertise.
