We are looking for a Junior Accountant / Tally Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team and manage day-to-day accounting entries and documentation.

The RoleThis is a hands-on accounting role primarily focused on accurate and timely entries in Tally.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of practical Tally experience and be comfortable independently handling routine accounting entries, reconciliations and supporting documentation.

Key Responsibilities· Handle daily accounting entries in Tally.
· Record sales, purchase, receipt, payment and journal vouchers.
· Maintain accurate ledgers and books of accounts.
· Enter and reconcile bank transactions.
· Maintain vendor and customer account entries.




· Assist with accounts payable and receivable records.
· Support GST and TDS-related accounting entries and documentation.
· Maintain invoices, bills, vouchers and supporting documents.
· Assist the senior finance team with monthly closing and reconciliations.
· Identify and rectify discrepancies in accounting entries.
· Ensure accounting records are updated accurately and on time.

Candidate Requirements· Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working extensively on Tally.
· Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
· Experience with sales, purchase, bank, payment, receipt and journal entries.
· Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
· Working knowledge of Excel.
· Good attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to independently manage high volumes of daily accounting entries.
· Comfortable working full-time from our Gurgaon office.
