Role Description The Sales Manager role at Polycab India Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves managing sales operations within the assigned region, including developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting revenue targets, and expanding market share. The Sales Manager will build and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, and institutional clients, ensuring effective promotion and positioning of Polycab products.



Daily responsibilities include tracking sales performance, analyzing market trends, preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams such as marketing and supply chain, and supporting channel partners with product knowledge and sales initiatives. The role also requires regular field visits, participation in customer meetings and trade events, and ensuring adherence to company policies and ethical business practices.
