Role Description
You will lead, mentor, and scale Hoora’s Inside Sales team, transforming high-volume customer inquiries into sales closures. Your mission is to recruit top sales talent, execute continuous training, establish rigorous operational sales standards, and optimize daily pitch performance to drive aggressive revenue growth across our vehicle service verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Building, Leadership & Deal Closures
• Recruitment & Capacity Building: Assist in hiring, onboarding, and scaling a robust inside sales team to meet expanding business demands.
• Team Leadership & Sales Driving: Drive daily motivation, foster a high-performance sales culture, resolve team bottlenecks, and hold representatives accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Deal Closures: Actively participate in high-stakes sales conversations, objection handling, and negotiations to ensure effective deal closures and minimize lead drop-offs.
Pitch Decks, Training & Process Optimization
