About the Role
We are looking for a Nutritionist / Dietitian – Sales Counselor who can combine strong nutrition knowledge with excellent communication, counseling, and sales skills.
This is primarily a sales and client-counseling role, where you will speak with prospective clients, understand their health and lifestyle concerns, explain ReDial Clinic's programs, address their questions, and convert genuine enquiries into program enrollments.
The ideal candidate should have a background in Nutrition/Dietetics and be comfortable having sales conversations with clients. You should be able to understand a client's basic nutritional and lifestyle concerns and communicate our programs in a simple, professional,



and trustworthy manner.
This role is not a pure clinical nutritionist/dietitian position. The primary responsibility will be lead handling, counseling, follow-ups, customer conversion, and enrollment, supported by your nutrition knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming leads and enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Speak with prospective clients and understand their health, nutrition, weight-management, and lifestyle concerns.
• Use your nutrition knowledge to understand client requirements and have meaningful conversations with them.
• Explain ReDial Clinic's metabolic health, weight-management, diabetes, and lifestyle-management programs clearly.
• Counsel prospective clients regarding the program structure, process, benefits, and suitability.
• Build trust and establish solid relationships with prospective clients.
