We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our team at 3X Digital Solution.

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in Google Ads, D2C brands, website sales, ROAS, and campaign scaling.

You will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns with a primary focus on generating sales, improving ROAS, and scaling campaigns profitably.

? Key Responsibilities

Manage Google Search, Shopping & Performance Max campaigns
Plan and optimize campaigns for D2C brands
Drive website sales through Google Ads
Monitor and improve ROAS, CPA, CTR & conversion rate
Conduct keyword research and search term analysis
Manage Google Merchant Center & product feeds
Optimize budgets, bids, audiences and campaign performance
Identify scaling opportunities and winning products




Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports
Stay updated with Google Ads trends and best practices

✨ Requirements

Minimum 2–3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
Strong experience with Search, Shopping & PMax
Experience working with D2C / E-commerce brands
Strong understanding of conversion tracking & GA4
Data-driven approach to campaign optimization
Experience in improving ROAS and scaling campaigns
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and with the team
Good communication skills
