Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bally, focused on driving recent business opportunities and supporting revenue growth. In this position, the specialist identifies and qualifies leads,



conducts market research to understand industry trends, and builds relationships with prospective and existing clients. Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering proposals, coordinating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and reporting tools. The role also involves participating in meetings and presentations, following up on inquiries, and providing skilled customer support throughout the sales cycle. Collaboration with marketing, sales, and strategy teams is essential to refine outreach approaches and contribute to long-term business development plans.
