We are looking for a proactive, well-organized, and result-oriented HR cum Placement Coordinator to manage internal HR activities, coordinate student placements, build relationships with IT companies, and support students in their career development.
The candidate will be responsible for recruitment coordination, student placement activities, employer relationship management, interview scheduling, and maintaining placement records.
Key Responsibilities1. Human Resources (HR)
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Handle employee onboarding, attendance tracking, leave records, and HR documentation.
• Maintain employee records and support day-to-day HR operations.
• Coordinate internal meetings, employee engagement activities, and staff communication.
• Assist management with HR policies and administrative activities.

2. Placement Coordination
• Establish and maintain relationships with IT companies, software firms, startups, and recruitment agencies.
• Identify job openings, internships,



and placement opportunities for academy students.
• Coordinate campus drives, walk-in interviews, online assessments, and recruitment events.
• Schedule interviews between students and recruiters and follow up on selection results.
• Maintain an updated database of students, resumes, job openings, interview schedules, and placement outcomes.
• Track students' placement progress and maintain placement reports.
• Collect job descriptions from companies and share relevant opportunities with eligible students.

3. Student Career Support
• Guide students in resume preparation, interview scheduling, and job application procedures.
• Coordinate mock interviews, aptitude tests, group discussions, and interview preparation sessions.
• Support students in developing communication and qualified skills.
• Maintain regular communication with students regarding job opportunities and interview feedback.
