Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Kokrajhar.



This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, engaging potential partners and merchants, and driving PhonePe’s growth in the local market. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and lead generation, qualifying opportunities, presenting PhonePe solutions, and negotiating commercial terms to onboard new merchants and partners. The role also involves managing and nurturing existing accounts, ensuring high satisfaction, addressing operational issues, and promoting additional PhonePe products and services. The Business Development Executive collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, provides market feedback, and supports local marketing or promotional activities to enhance PhonePe’s presence in the region.
