Job Title - AGM Marketing
Location - Mumbai
Purpose - To lead the end-to-end category strategy and profitable growth of the PET category, covering category development, portfolio management, consumer and shopper insights, channel strategy, pricing, trade marketing, innovation and commercialization.

Experience Required - 4-8 years in Marketing with the Product expertise in Pet Food only.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Category Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute the annual and long-term PET category growth strategy aligned with business objectives. Identify category growth opportunities based on market trends, consumer behaviour, competitive landscape and channel dynamics.

2. Category & Portfolio Management
Own the PET product portfolio strategy, including assortment, SKU rationalization, portfolio expansion and lifecycle management. Evaluate product performance and identify opportunities to scale, reposition, renovate or discontinue products. Develop portfolio architecture across price points, pack sizes, formats and consumer segments.

3. Consumer, Shopper & Market Insights




Lead consumer, shopper and market research to understand evolving needs, purchase behaviour and consumption occasions.

4. Channel & Customer Strategy
Develop differentiated category strategies for: General Trade, Up-to-date Trade, E-Commerce, Quick Commerce, D2C / emerging channels. Partner with Sales teams to develop customer/category growth plans.

5.Pricing, Promotion & Revenue Growth Management
Drive category pricing strategy considering consumer willingness-to-pay, competition, margins and channel economics.
Analyze promotional effectiveness, price elasticity and trade schemes.
Identify opportunities for Revenue Growth Management (RGM) through pricing, pack-price architecture, mix and promotions. Monitor competitor pricing and promotional intensity and recommend appropriate actions.

Identify category whitespace and consumer needs for new product opportuni
